Hannah Walters is the founder of Balanced Books For You and is passionate about helping businesses and community organisations gain clarity and confidence through better financial management.
With extensive experience across bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, BAS compliance, cloud accounting, and business administration, Hannah works closely with small businesses, sole traders, sporting clubs, not-for-profit organisations, childcare centres, OOSH providers, and strata schemes throughout Australia.
Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Hannah believes accounting should be understandable, accessible, and focused on helping clients make informed decisions rather than simply meeting compliance obligations. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted part of her clients' support network.
As a Xero specialist, Hannah helps organisations streamline their financial processes, improve reporting, and reduce the stress often associated with bookkeeping and compliance.
When she's not helping clients stay on top of their finances, Hannah is actively involved in community and sporting organisations, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by volunteer committees, not-for-profit groups, and community-based services.

Jordan Schubert
Jordan is a valuable member of Balanced Books For You, where he is absolutely meticulous. He dives right into the detail with everything he does. Jordan has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting, and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in mathematics. He is extremely fond of numbers and utilising them in every aspect of life.
Fiona Schubert
Fiona has extensive experience working in administration, she is focused on client administration particularly for our childcare and community organisations. She will keep you organised with her methodical approach to work and high level of enthusiasm.
Morgan Tucker
Morgan has a degree in Human Resources and is an expert when it comes to deciphering awards and allowances and all things employment. He is committed to looking at solutions for our clients and helps develop solutions for clients to continue to evolve, grow and scale their businesses.
